Julio Iglesias's first wife was Isabel Preysler. They got married in 1971 and had three children together: Chabeli Iglesias, Julio Iglesias Jr., and Enrique Iglesias. Isabel was a former beauty queen and journalist from the Philippines who moved to Spain in the 1960s. The couple divorced in 1979 due to Julio's numerous infidelities and his busy touring schedule. Despite the divorce, Julio and Isabel have remained on good terms and co-parented their children together. Isabel later went on to marry the former Minister of Economy and Finance of Spain, Miguel Boyer, and they remained married until his death in 2014.
